Moe Handbook offers information about establishments in Akihabara, Tokyo, Japan. As well as a place to discuss information. Moe Handbook also host events.

We are not responsible for the thought or actions of any individuals using Moe Handbook and you agree that Moe Handbook will not be held responsible.

Moe Handbook, without prior notice, may stop providing information. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to Moe Handbook without notice, for any reason, or for no reason. All information is subject to change, may be altered at any time, and may be incorrect. We are not responsible for the accuracy of the information and you agree that Moe Handbook will not be held responsible for the use of the information on Moe Handbook.
