Established in 2001 with the concept of providing a "healing space," Cure Maid Café is considered the birthplace of the maid café scene—a venue where staff members serve guests while wearing classic maid uniforms.
It is also affectionately regarded as a "sacred site" by fans, having been featured within the storylines of popular TV anime series such as *Love Live!* and *Saekano: How to Raise a Boring Girlfriend*.
