Visits
The number of times you'll be charged the Cafe's system fee. Each system fee covers a stay of 40 to 60 minutes. For example, if you stay for 3 (Visits) (around 150 minutes), you will be charged the system fee three times.

Number of a la carte drinks ordered (e.g., drinks not included in the all you drink).
Maid Drink
Number of drinks ordered for your Maid.
Shots
Number of shots ordered.
Maid Shots
Number of shots ordered for your Maid.
Nomination
Have a specific Maid to talk to. (this usually for one visit. If you are planning to stay longer and want to nominate have it reflect the number of visits your tend to do.)
Champagne
The total amount you intend to spend on just champagne. (Bottles can run from 20,000 yen to 300,000 yen and up.)
Side Dish
Small snacks or appetizers (e.g., fries, edamame).
Darts / Karaoke
How many around of Darts you want to play.
Karaoke is typically as much as you want to sing for your visit.
